Heartbeat’s Annual Pregnancy Help Conference is the premier gathering for the pregnancy help community each year, with overall attendance exceeding 2,000 at the 2025 Conference, and people coming from dozens of U.S. states and nearly two dozen countries.
The Conference is key for education and networking, bringing together leaders across the pregnancy help world.
The event offers pre-Conference full-day in-depth training sessions, compelling keynote addresses, more than 70 in-person and 40-plus virtual workshop presentations, and the opportunity for medical professionals to earn continuing education hours.

The locale of the 2026 Annual Pregnancy Help Conference is Cincinnati, Ohio, and the 2026 theme is Power of Love.
The immersive experience continues in 2026 with both in-person and virtual components, providing presenters with the potential to reach a global audience.
Heartbeat began accepting workshop proposals for its 2026 Conference in late July. The deadline for submitting proposals is September 15.
Heartbeat International encourages grassroots, bottom-up, innovative approaches to ministry. The Conference is designed to showcase effective strategies, fresh perspectives, and creative solutions to the challenges faced by the pregnancy help community.

Presentation format
The Conference welcomes presentations tailored to varied levels of experience -basic, intermediate, and advanced. Workshops should provide 60 minutes of rich, actionable content (required for CEUs). Whether addressing new practices or established methods, presentations should deliver practical takeaways that align with Heartbeat’s mission to reach and rescue as many lives as possible through pregnancy help while renewing communities for life.
How to submit a workshop proposal
- Develop a workshop outline that covers 60 minutes of content.
- Complete the online form(a separate form is required for each submission).
- Submit your proposal by September 15, 2025, for review by Heartbeat’s Conference planning team.
- Plan to join in at the Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio, March 25-27, 2026.
Guidelines and selection
Submitting a proposal does not guarantee selection. Heartbeat will notify those chosen directly. While Heartbeat International affiliation and/or exhibiting is preferred, it is not mandatory.
